Those who are unable to join us in Brazil will have the option to purchase access to the recorded meeting to view the recorded sessions on demand for three months following the live meeting.
Target Audience
Who will benefit from attending?
• Experienced hair restoration surgeons
• Physicians with an interest in hair restoration surgery who are new to the field
• Surgical assistants, technicians, and other office personnel employed by ISHRS Physician Members
CME
The meeting is not sanctioned for CME PRA Category 1 Credits. However, the meeting will comply as much as possible with the policies and best practices of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. All individuals in a position to control the content of the activity, including speakers and authors, moderators, and planning committee members, will properly disclosure relevant financial relationships with any commercial interests pertinent to their talk or the subject of the meeting.
A certificate of attendance suitable for framing will be provided to all delegates.
Official Language
The official language of the meeting is English. Live translation will be provided via AI technology.
Meeting Attire
The attire for the in-person educational sessions is business.
This attire for the gala is formal with black tie optional. Or as has been a tradition of the ISHRS, you may wear a costume reflective of your native country for the Gala.

Complimentary wifi is offered in guest rooms and the ISHRS meeting space.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In-person Meeting Registration:
All registration fees, less a $100.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the ISHRS office received on or before September 11, 2026.
There will be no refund of fees for cancellation or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the ISHRS headquarters office. All refund requests must be in writing. “No shows” who have not pre-paid will be invoiced for the total registration fee.
On-Demand Meeting Registration:
All on-demand meeting registration fees, less a $100.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the ISHRS office received on or before October 1, 2026. No refunds will be given after this date.
