How to Register

To register as an exhibitor, you will first need to create a non-member account in our registration system. If you already have an account in the system, please use your existing login information rather than creating a new account.

When creating your account:

  1. Enter the email address you would like to use to create your account
  2. Enter your name and create a password (save this information for later use)
  3. Select Save and Continue
  4. Create your account as a non-member

You do not need to upload a headshot, credentials, a letter of attestation, or a medical license. We simply need you to have an account to manage your registration information and access your registration details if changes are needed later.

Please note that you will need a verification code to log into your account and register as an exhibitor. The verification code will be sent to your email address and must be entered to complete the login process before registering.

Once your account is created:

  1. Select the exhibitor registration, here, or in your member compass
  2. Complete your exhibitor registration and payment
  3. Save your confirmation email for your records

Exhibitor registration is considered an application to exhibit and is subject to approval by the ISHRS. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive additional information regarding exhibiting at the 34th World Congress. Please be advised additional documents will be required in compliance with the Brazilian Authorities. The ISHRS will send out further details once you have been approved.

If you would like to purchase additional personnel badges or Gala tickets at a later date you may do so (limited tickets are available). Please contact info@ishrs.org if you have any questions or need any assistance with your registration.
