Shipping Items to Brazil
ML International is our official international freight partner for the 34th World Congress. The official freight partner can provide transportation, freight handling/drayage and customs services. All exhibit shipments must be shipped to ML International, NOT directly to the meeting venue. You are not required to use ML International’s shipping or customs services; you may choose any shipper or customs broker you prefer. However, ML International is STRONGLY recommended to assure smooth transit of your exhibit goods.
Please carefully review their information provided to become familiar with shipping and import/export rules and regulations for Brazil. It is highly recommended that you contact ML International early to be sure you will not have any issues shipping your exhibit goods to Brazil for the 34th World Congress.

Professional Congress Organizer
Interevent is the ISHRS Professional Congress Organizer they will be assisting with all the required documentation by Brazilian authorities to exhibit in Brazil.
Legalization of Exhibit Booths
In accordance with Brazilian regulations, all exhibiting companies must complete a legal authorization form before participating in the event. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide all required information in a timely manner to ensure that the booth is legally authorized.
Once your booth has been approved, you will be required to complete a Legal Authorization Form with the Rio de Janeiro State Finance Department (SEFAZ-RJ). After you submit this form to Interevent directly, Interevent will file the application on your behalf.
The costs associated with this legalization process are included in your booth’s fee, and no additional payment is required.
Your submission must be completed no later than September 7, 2026. If your form is not completed, your booth is subject to cancellation for non-compliance.
