Meeting Hotels
The Windsor Convention Center & Hotels complex in the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood of Rio includes three connected hotels. Each hotel has its own personality and its own reception desk. The ISHRS has negotiated friendly rates at each of these three hotels for attendees of the ISHRS World Congress.
Hotel Accommodations & Rates
The ISHRS has engaged Blumar Congress & Events as the official travel agency of the ISHRS 2026 World Congress. ISHRS group rate reservations are available exclusively through Blumar. Group rates are available at all three hotels listed above.
ISHRS Group rates range from BRL 487 to BRL 1,134, plus a 10% service charge and 4.7% city tax (taxes subject to change). All bookings must be fully paid at the time of reservation.
The rates vary based on hotel, stay dates, and room availability. Book your room as early as possible for the best possible rates. The hotel does not charge a resort fee or any other mandatory fees.
The group rates are available from Saturday, October 10 through Monday, October 19, 2026, based on room availability. Rooms outside of those dates may be available. Please contact Blumar using the information below with your specific arrival and departure dates to inquire about rates and availability.

Please make your reservation early to help ensure availability. The group rates are available through August 21, 2026, or while room availability lasts.
Rate inclusions: The group rates include breakfast in the hotel restaurant and complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and throughout the hotel public space. All ISHRS meeting attendees will also have access to group Wi-Fi in our meeting space.
Per Windsor rules:
- Guests may only eat breakfast in the breakfast room of their reserved hotel (not any of the other hotels in the complex).
- Guests can only access the guest room floors in the hotel where they have a reservation per security rules.
Traveling with children? If you are traveling with children, be aware the accommodation of minors under 18 years of age requires the accompaniment of one parent or legal representative. There are specific documentation requirements to which Windsor must adhere to for hotel check-in. Hotel Reservation Deposit/Cancelation Policy: All bookings must be fully paid at the time of reservation. You may cancel your reservation at no charge (full refund) up until 7 days prior to your check-in date. After that, 100% of the room rate is charged (not refunded).
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00PM.
